Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity for a diesel generator set?

Accepted Answer

One set is enough to start an order for most models. Larger quantities are quoted individually, and unit pricing improves as the order quantity grows, so tell us the total number of sets you need when you request a quotation.

Question 2

Do you support OEM and ODM orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can print your brand on the canopy, nameplate, control panel and operation manual, and we build custom configurations such as specific voltage, frequency, fuel tank capacity, canopy colour and packing marks. Send us your drawings or a sample nameplate and we will confirm the details before production.

Question 3

What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Please share the required output power, frequency and voltage, preferred engine and alternator brand, standby or prime power application, order quantity and destination port. With these details we can return a quotation and a technical datasheet, usually within one working day.

Question 4

Which engine and alternator brands can be supplied with the sets?

Accepted Answer

Diesel engines are typically Cummins, Perkins, Baudouin, Deutz, Doosan, Weichai, Yuchai, Yangdong or Ricardo, depending on the power range and your market. Alternators can be Stamford, Leroy-Somer, Marathon or our own YHG brushless alternator. The engine and alternator pairing is confirmed on the datasheet before production.

Question 5

What power range and configurations are available?

Accepted Answer

We build sets from around 8 kW to 3,000 kW as silent, open, container, trailer and marine configurations, and the models listed on this site are the configurations requested most often. Parallel operation, automatic transfer switches, remote monitoring and dual voltage versions can be added on request.

Question 6

Are the generator sets tested before shipment, and what documents are provided?

Accepted Answer

Every set is run and load tested at the factory before it is packed. The shipment normally includes a factory test report, wiring diagram, operation and maintenance manual, and a packing list. Certificates such as CE or CCS documentation can be issued when the destination market requires them.

Question 7

What is the usual production lead time?

Accepted Answer

Standard configurations are generally ready 15 to 30 days after the deposit is received and the technical details are confirmed. Custom builds, larger quantities and peak seasons may take longer, so we confirm the exact schedule in writing with the order confirmation.

Question 8

How are the generator sets packed and shipped?

Accepted Answer

Silent sets are shipped in plywood cases or protective film over the canopy, open sets are fixed on steel frames, and container sets travel as standard ISO containers. We quote FOB, CIF or CFR terms and can arrange both full container and LCL shipments, with loading photos shared before departure.

Question 9

Which payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Our standard terms are a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance settled before shipment. An irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for larger orders. Payment details are always stated on the proforma invoice issued in our company name.

Question 10

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Sets are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of shipment or 1,000 running hours, whichever comes first, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumables and damage from incorrect operation are excluded. We supply spare part kits with each order and support commissioning by video or email, with overseas service available by arrangement.

Question 11

Can I order spare parts separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep genuine engine parts, filters, control modules, AVRs, alternator components and load banks in stock. Send the model number or the nameplate photo and we will match the correct part and quote it with the same export packing.

Question 12

Can I visit the factory or arrange an inspection?

Accepted Answer

Visits are welcome at our Fu'an plant, and we will arrange pickup from the nearest airport or railway station. If you cannot travel, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production and testing area, or accept third party inspection before shipment.
